Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is $160 for a 50-minute session, or $220 for a 80-minute session. I create a safe space to explore attachment patterns, challenge negative narratives using Narrative Therapy, and address internal dynamics through Internal Family Systems. Additionally, I use a systemic lens, considering family, cultural, and societal influences to promote holistic understanding and change within the broader context. This integrated approach fosters self-awareness, relational growth, and positive transformation.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
EMDR therapy is $160 for a 50-minute session or $220 for an 80-minute session. Through bilateral stimulation (tapping) and collaborative processing, EMDR can help reduce the intensity of difficult emotions, PTSD and CPTSD symptoms, shift unhelpful beliefs, and support a greater sense of safety and resilience. By fostering a secure and supportive environment, this evidence-based approach allows clients to work through challenging experiences at a structured and oftentimes quicker pace.
